We assist with compliance programs and internal investigations, as well as SEC and government investigations, institutional shareholder issues and pension plans, shareholder litigation and strategic and crisis management.
• Our securities lawyers represent their clients in every aspect of corporate finance, helping to provide and raise money in all phases of capital markets. We represent investment banks in equity and debt offerings, as well as both U.S. and non-U.S. issuers.

For real estate clients, our corporate team advises on matters such as issuing securities, private placements, going public, making real-estate related investments, together with other ancillary corporate and tax matters.
